Terms and Conditions for Booking and Payment

  • credit_card We only accept card payment or advance invoice for accommodation.

  • phone_enabled Book easily via the website – a fee of 135 SEK applies for bookings made by email or phone.
  • sound_detection_dog_barking Additional fee for cottage guests bringing a dog (250 SEK).

Booking Terms for Cabins, Caravans, and Camper Van Pitches

When does the booking become binding?

As soon as the booking is confirmed and paid.

When is payment due?

Payment must be made no later than the due date stated on the invoice. Bookings made through the website are paid immediately by card.

What happens if the payment is not made on time?

If you do not pay on time, your booking will be cancelled.

Book easier and at a better price on our website

A booking fee is added to all reservations made by phone or email. Book through our website and we’ll waive the booking fee!

This applies to cancellations and rebookings

Cancellation:

If the cancellation is made 21 days or more before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, excluding any booking fee.

If the cancellation is made later than 21 days but at least 3 days before arrival, 60% of the total booking cost must be paid. The booking fee is non-refundable.

If there are legitimate reasons for the cancellation, supported by a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company, the full amount will be refunded except for the booking fee. 

Valid reasons for cancellation include:

  1. Death, serious illness or serious accident affecting you, your spouse/partner, a family member or a travel companion.
  2. A serious event occurs beyond your control, which you could not have foreseen at the time of booking, and which makes it unreasonable to expect you to uphold your reservation – for example, a major fire or flood in your home.

If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount must be paid, excluding the booking fee. This does not apply if a certificate can be provided in accordance with the valid reasons for cancellation.

Rebooking:

For changes made after payment has been completed, a rebooking fee will be charged. This does not apply if a certificate can be provided in accordance with the valid reasons for cancellation.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in cabins for an additional fee. This must be notified in advance or at the latest upon check-in.

Complaints:

Any complaints must be made as soon as possible and directly on site. To be considered for compensation, claims must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days after the departure date.

The rental agreement will be terminated immediately if:

  1. Anyone in the party behaves in a disruptive manner in any of our accommodation options or within the area.
  2. Anyone in the party causes damage to any of our accommodation options or within the area.
  3. Our accommodation is used for purposes other than its intended use.

If the agreement is terminated due to any of the above reasons, the party must immediately vacate the cabin or room and is not entitled to any refund of the rental amount.

Note: Unless otherwise agreed, all guests must be over 20 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

If any of our accommodation is left uncleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged afterwards.
An hourly rate applies.

Your personal data will be processed by Flottsbro for the purpose of managing bookings and payments. The data may also be used for marketing purposes by Flottsbro and by Swecamp, the network to which Flottsbro belongs.

Do you have charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, there are charging stations both in the external parking area and at the campsite.

What are your business hours?
Can we rent skiing equipment?

Yes, we have a wide range of equipment. During the summer you can rent downhill bikes, and in winter we offer Stockholm’s largest ski rental.

When does the ski slope open up?

The ski resort opens on Friday 9 January at 5:00 PM. See our opening hours for details.
