Information and service
On this page, you’ll find information about the reception, check-in and check-out procedures, and the services we provide.
Welcome to Flottsbro camping!
The reception is the heart of the campsite. Here you’ll be welcomed by friendly staff happy to assist you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
At reception, you’ll also find information material and a small shop stocked with essentials such as coffee, bread, ice cream, and beverages.
Everyone of our staff speaks both Swedish and English. In some cases, communication in German and Danish is also possible.

In checking, and out checking.
- Check in at the campsite reception upon arrival.
- In order to avoid any late checkout fees you must be out of your cabin by 11:00 AM, at the latest.
- Check-out for tent and caravan sites must be completed by 3:00 PM.
Need to check in or out outside of the receptions hours of operation? Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you.
Start your day right – order fresh bread the night before at reception!

All cottages are self-catering.
What does self-catering mean?
All of our cabins are self-catering, which means:
-
You are responsible for cleaning the cabin before check-out
-
You bring your own bed linen and towels*
-
All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, so you can choose to cook your meals at home
*If you don’t have your own linen and towels, you can rent a set at reception for SEK 150/set.
Cleaning Routines
- Please check that you’ve followed the cleaning instructions before checking out – they are posted in each cabin.
- If the cabin is not cleaned, you will be charged a cleaning fee of at least SEK 1250.
- You can pre-book a cleaning service for SEK 850 – this must be done by 3:00 PM the day before departure.
Pets
You’re welcome to bring your dog on vacation with you! We have beautiful walking trails around the area. For cabin guests, an additional fee of SEK 250 applies for dogs.
Please remember: Dogs must be kept on a leash and walked outside the campsite area. You are responsible for protecting beds and sofas from fur and stains – we recommend using a cover.
Parking
As a checked-in guest, you may park one vehicle next to your cabin or campsite at no extra charge. Note: Only one vehicle per group is allowed. All other vehicles and visitors must use the external parking area outside the gate.
12 SEK/hr, or 50 SEK/day
EV charging is available at the external parking area and is easily paid via the EasyPark app.
