Want the full Swedish winter experience? Stay in our cabins located right next to the slopes – offering a genuine mountain feel without ever leaving the city. The area also features a restaurant, barbecue spots, and a sledding hill. Our snowmaking-system ensures that you can enjoy great skiing, even when the rest of Stockholm is snow-free.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT
At Flottsbro’s rental shop, we have all the equipment you need for a day on the slopes. It’s always cheaper and more convenient to book online—skip the long queues and make sure everything you need is ready when you arrive. Pre-book by 6:00 PM the day before your visit.
SKIING LESSONS
Flottsbro offers private ski and snowboard lessons for all levels. Learn to ski or improve your technique and have even more fun on the slopes! You can book as a group or individually, up until 6:00 PM the day before your visit.

Skiing rules for the pist
Flottsbro is a member of SLAO – the Swedish Ski Area Association.
Together with the Swedish Consumer Agency, the ski resorts have developed SLAO’s Little Yellow Book, containing general regulations, skiing and lift rules, and tips for a safe and enjoyable day on the slopes.

FIRE PITS, WIND SHELTERS AND PICKNICK ROOM
Enjoy a break on the slopes! There are several fire pits and shelters in the area – just ask the rental staff for firewood. In the main building, you’ll find a lunch room for up to 45 people, equipped for heating food. Perfect for a full day out with family or friends!
SLEDDING SLOPE AND SKIING CLASSES
Activities for the little ones! Here you’ll find children’s and beginner slopes with a button lift, a sledding hill with natural snow, and the opportunity to join ski school to learn skiing or snowboarding.
COTTAGES AND CAMPING
Book a ski holiday close to home! Our cosy self-catering cabins are conveniently located by the slopes and the surrounding nature, all within easy walking distance.
THE INN

Snowmaking
Flottsbro has one of Sweden’s best snowmaking systems, allowing you to ski all winter in Stockholm!
To run a good alpine ski resort, in addition to slopes and lifts, you need lots of snow. We have lifts and slopes but most of the time we must help Mother Nature a bit with the snowmaking.

On beautiful winter days, we often reach maximum capacity, which means there may be queues at the rental shop. To avoid waiting too long, we recommend booking your equipment online no later than 6:00 PM the day before your visit.
The fastest way to get into Stockholm is by car. Do you have a motorhome or do you feel uncomfortable driving in Stockholm? Then you can park your car in the parking garage “Forellgaraget” by Huddinge Centrum. From Huddinge, take the commuter train into town.
Ask our staff about the itinerary and parking on arrival.

There are many barbecue areas at Flottsbro, and during the winter we provide firewood. Just let one of our lift attendants know, and they will help you.
Yes, there are charging stations both in the external parking area and at the campsite.
Yes, we have a wide range of equipment. During the summer you can rent downhill bikes, and in winter we offer Stockholm’s largest ski rental.
