At Flottsbro you’ll find Stockholm’s largest bike park with the region’s most developed downhill system – just 30 minutes from the city! There are trails for riders of all levels – from beginners to experienced cyclists.

For those who want to learn the basics or improve their technique, we offer private lessons and downhill workshops. All necessary equipment is available to rent – from full-suspension bikes to helmets and protective gear.

There are 14 downhill trails with different difficulty levels to choose from, ranging from advanced trails to runs suitable for beginners.
Choose the right trail for your level. If you’re unsure, just ask our staff – they’re happy to help.
Please remember that full-face helmets are mandatory on the trails. If you don’t have your own, you can rent one on site.

Want to improve your technique, become a better cyclist, and take on new challenges? Book a lesson with one of our skilled instructors. During the summer, we also offer half-day camps and clinics for children and teens.
Safety in the Bike Park
It’s important that you take time to read through our safety regulations and recommendations before riding in the Bike Park. You are responsible for knowing and following both Flottsbro’s and the Swedish Ski Area Organization’s rules, which you can read about in SLAO’s Little Green Book.

TJEJKVÄLLAR I DOWNHILLCYKLING
Välkommen till tjejkvällar på Flottsbro Bike Park! Fyra kvällar under säsongen kör vi liftarna enbart för tjejer – med 50 % rabatt! Ett perfekt tillfälle att testa downhill i en avslappnad och peppig miljö.
SESSIONS
Sessions är för ungdomar 11–16 år och hålls på Flottsbro Bike Park fredagar och lördagar under vår och höst. Lär dig grunderna i downhill eller utveckla din teknik och ta cyklingen till nästa nivå.
MINI CAMPS I SOMMAR
Häng med på Mini Camp på Flottsbro Bikepark i sommar. Du lär dig cykelteknik från grunden med en av Flottsbros instruktörer, har kul och träffar nya kompisar.
DAGCAMP I DOWNHILL
Dagcamps är dagskurser för våra minsta cyklister. Du tränar grunder i downhill med instruktör och har kul tillsammans i parken.
