Terms of booking & rental agreement – bike rental Flottsbro Bike Park
1. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
By making a booking, the guest consents to the processing of personal data by Flottsbro. The purpose of this is to enable effective guest administration, ensure access to accurate information in case of accidents, and manage any damages or incidents. The data may also be used to offer insurance and payment services as well as travel-related offers. The guest may be contacted for market research purposes. 2. Booking and Payment Terms
- All bookings must be paid in advance at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation Protection (optional):With cancellation protection, cancellations can be made free of charge until 12:00 noon the day before arrival. Cancellations must be made by email to: info@flottsbro.se.
- In case of no-show or unused equipment, the rental fee is non-refundable.
- ID is required when picking up rental equipment.
3. Rental Terms for Bikes and Protective Gear
- Use only within Flottsbro Bike Park. The rented bike/equipment may only be used within Flottsbro Bike Park. It is strictly prohibited to take them outside the area.
- Bikepass is required. All guests renting bikes or gear must hold a valid lift pass during the rental period.
- Personal responsibility – lending to others is prohibited. The bike is rented personally to the booking guest and may not be lent or transferred to another person. The renter is fully responsible for the bike during the entire rental period.
- Long-term rentals
For rentals spanning multiple days, the equipment must be returned the same day and picked up again the following day.
- Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition. Bikes must be cleaned upon return. A cleaning fee may apply if the bike is returned dirty.
- Damage or loss of equipment. Rented bikes and related gear are not insured. The renter is fully responsible for damage or loss, except in the case of documented manufacturing defects. If damage protection (optional) was purchased at the time of booking, Flottsbro covers any damage resulting from normal use.
- Theft. Flottsbro is not responsible for theft of rented equipment. Storage and handling are at the renter’s own risk.
- Minors. Rental agreements may only be signed by legal adults. Minors may rent bikes only when accompanied by, or with written consent from, a legal guardian who then assumes responsibility for the rental terms.
4. Other
- Mandatory protective equipment. The use of a full-face helmet is mandatory when biking in Flottsbro Bike Park. Additional protection such as knee, elbow, and back protection is strongly recommended for your safety.
- Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Flottsbro enforces zero tolerance. Violations result in immediate termination of the rental period and expulsion from the area without refund.
- Rules and safety regulations. By renting a bike, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with Flottsbro’s applicable rules, safety regulations, and instructions, as communicated via our website, on-site signage, and verbal information from staff. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the rental period without refund.
- Breach of terms. In the event of a serious violation of these rental terms or safety regulations, Flottsbro reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental period without compensation or refund.

Flottsbro’s Bike Park aims to be open from May to November, but the exact opening and closing dates depend on the weather. As we get closer to the opening date, we will announce it on our website and social media channels.
Yes, it is possible to check in after the campsite’s opening hours, but you must notify us about your late arrival during our opening hours.

The fastest way to get into Stockholm is by car. Do you have a motorhome or do you feel uncomfortable driving in Stockholm? Then you can park your car in the parking garage “Forellgaraget” by Huddinge Centrum. From Huddinge, take the commuter train into town.

Yes, there are charging stations both in the external parking area and at the campsite.
There are many barbecue areas at Flottsbro, and during the winter we provide firewood. Just let one of our lift attendants know, and they will help you.
On beautiful winter days, we often reach maximum capacity, which means there may be queues at the rental shop. To avoid waiting too long, we recommend booking your equipment online no later than 6:00 PM the day before your visit.
Yes, we have a packed-lunch room with a microwave that accommodates around 50 people. On beautiful winter days when we have many visitors, the room can get full, so please be considerate of others.
Please note that you are not allowed to eat your own food in the restaurant’s dining area, as that space is reserved for paying guests.

Yes, all our cabin types are dog-friendly. Just add the pet fee (250 SEK) when booking, and your four-legged friend is more than welcome!
All cabins are child-friendly, with no stairs or level differences. Stepping straight out into nature instead of Stockholm city offers a calmer and more affordable option for families with children.
